    • Communication with authorities, tax offices, insurers, and health insurance funds
    • Digitalization of our HR processes
  • Employee Development

    • Planning and coordination of training and development
    • Designing and conducting internal workshops
    • Planning, conducting, and preparing employee meetings
    • Communication with training providers
  • Payroll

    • National and international payroll management
    • Organization of taxes and social security contributions
    • Collection of employee statistics
    • Consultation on salary, tax, and social security issues
