FAQ
We answer frequently asked questions about Microsoft 365 Sync.
No, Microsoft Exchange is not supported. Synchronization only works with Microsoft 365 accounts. Also company Exchange servers cannot be synchronized.
No, only one sync can be activated at a time. If you use the sync for Microsoft 365, you cannot use Z-Push or Memotoo simultaneously.
Synchronization works in both directions (two-way sync). One-way synchronization from Microsoft to onOffice is also possible. One-way synchronization from onOffice to Microsoft is currently in development.
Should a user encounter issues such as losing access to their Microsoft account, changing the password, or deleting the selected calendar, synchronization will halt, triggering an email notification to the user.
